Welcome Team Volunteers aim to welcome and serve everyone who walks through our doors. Whether it’s helping someone find a seat, our CH Kids area or some other act of service, our goal is to help people connect to God and each other. Our Welcome Team Ministry offers a wide variety of opportunities to serve before, during, and after all of our Sunday gathering.

Our Media Team is committed to executing excellent weekend services for our church. This ministry is essential to our worship providing song lyrics to the congregation and worship team during Sunday Service. Minimal experience is required. We will train all our volunteers to run the program. We would love to connect with you if you are interested in serving in the sound booth with multimedia or have other tech-related experience.

Our CH Kids Ministry intentionally ministers to our Special Needs Children and their families. Volunteers in our Buddy Ministry are partnered up with a child to help lead them to grow in Christ and fellowship with others in ways that are conducive to their unique learning styles. If you would be willing to serve on a rotation schedule on Sunday Mornings and Wednesday Nights, connect with our Children's Minister, Lori Runyon.

The CH Kids Nursery Ministry seeks to be a safe, warm, and nurturing environment for babies and toddlers 0-4 years old. We are needing volunteers are committed to showing God’s love to our little ones by serving in a rotation on Wednesday nights and/or Sunday mornings. CHBC Women’s Ministry gathers to connect with women of our community in the journey of a wholehearted pursuit of Jesus. It is designed to fellowship, mentor, connect and encourage one another in faith. Together we seek to love Him, ourselves and one another, all the while laboring in the great commission together. We are a multigenerational group of women pursuing identity in Christ, cultivating it within ourselves and fostering it in others. We celebrate together with meetings, games, retreats, conferences and many more adventures. Wherever you are in your walk, we have a place for you to plug in!

CHBC Men’s Ministry is founded on the timeless wisdom of Proverbs 27:17 – "Iron sharpens iron" – embodying a community of men dedicated to growing in faith and fellowship together. We are committed to following the example of Christ in every aspect of our lives. Our mission is simple yet profound: to encourage and equip men to love God wholeheartedly, cherish their families, serve their church, and glorify Him in all things. Through a variety of events, activities, and resources, we seek to provide opportunities for men to connect, grow spiritually, and deepen their understanding of God's Word. Join us and be transformed by the power of God's love.

Hands Team Ministry believes that worship transcends language barriers and that every individual has a unique way of connecting with God. Through the graceful movements of sign language and physical expression, we aim to magnify the Lord and lead others into His presence. You don't need to be fluent in sign language to join us – we'll teach you each song! Whether you're a seasoned signer or new to the art, there's a place for you on our team. Together, we'll learn, grow, and worship as one body, celebrating the joy of worship and sharing God's love with the world. Join us as we lift our hands in praise, declaring God's goodness and faithfulness for all to see.

By being a “Faith Friend,” you will have the blessing of getting to know your “friend” and becoming an important mentor in their life for the upcoming year. Young families need the help and support of their church as thy strive to be faithful and obedient to God as they raise their family.
